Admission Requirements

  1. Scanned copy of a valid ID card (e.g., KTP, passport)
  2. Curriculum Vitae (CV)
  3. Motivation Letter
  4. Scanned scores of SNBT UTBK, or CBT-UM UGM (when available), or SAT (Scholastic Assessment Test), or high school academic transcripts (semester 1 – semester 5). For international students, high school institutions must have equivalent qualifications to A-Level or International Baccalaureate or be endorsed by the Indonesian Embassy in the country of origin. The transcripts must be in English.
  5. English Proficiency Certificate: Institutional TOEFL PBT (500 or above), TOEFL iBT (61 or above), IELTS (6 or above), Duo Lingo (110 or above), AcEPT (268 or above). Please note that Applicants must meet the minimum English proficiency score set by the specific study program, which may exceed the scores mentioned above. It is highly recommended to consult the respective program's website for detailed information, as requirements may vary across programs.
    *)For the Urban and Regional Planning program, the minimum English proficiency scores are as follows: Institutional TOEFL PBT (550 or above)/TOEFL iBT (80 or above)/IELTS (6.5 or above)/Duolingo (105 or above)/AcEPT (326 or above). 
  6. Scanned certificates of the most prestigious awards (if available)
  7. Letter of Financial Commitment 
Certificate of a valid English proficiency test result (issued within the last 2 years). The committee only accepts results from the following English proficiency tests:
